Job Title: Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 3 years in UAE freight sales : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the UAE, with a strong understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their shipping needs and provide tailored logistics solutions. Negotiate contracts and rates with customers and carriers to maximize profitability and ensure service satisfaction. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry within the UAE. Strong knowledge of international and domestic freight forwarding, gateway operations, and current market trends. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus. Valid UAE driving license.
