: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business and Projects opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services
• Secure projects and expand customer categories to grow the business
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure client needs are met
• Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads
• Keep up-to-date with industry and market developments

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role in UAE
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
• Knowledge of structural steel design and engineering.
• Very good proficiency in both Arabic and English is required
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Driving License and own car is required
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
