Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join a pest control company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities for pest control services. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct client meetings to assess pest control needs and offer tailored solutions. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Work closely with the operations team to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:



Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pest control or facility management industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to generate leads and convert them into customers. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
