Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in interior and exterior design fit-outs for residential and commercial projects.
Conduct outside sales activities, including client visits, site inspections, and field networking to generate leads.
Present design solutions, negotiate contracts, and effectively communicate value propositions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Work closely with design and project teams to ensure seamless project execution within timelines and budgets.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review.
Attend industry events and networking functions to expand professional connections.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or client acquisition within interior design, fit-out, or construction in the UAE.
Valid UAE driving license.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of design principles, fit-out processes, and materials.
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or within a team.
