Position Summary:
The ELV Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales and business development within the ELV systems market. This role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, offering tailored solutions, and managing the entire sales process from lead generation to project closure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ELV systems sector, including CCTV, fire alarms, access control, and other low-voltage systems.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, consultants, contractors, and project managers.
• Solution Selling : Understand client needs and provide customized ELV solutions that meet their requirements.
• Project Management : Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals and project cost estimation.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of ELV products, systems, and technologies to effectively sell and advise customers.
• Lead Generation : Develop new leads, attend networking events, and respond to inquiries from clients to generate sales opportunities.
• Market Analysis : Research market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Sales Targets : Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
• Reporting : Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (technical support, engineering, and installation) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the ELV or security systems industry.
• Strong understanding of ELV systems, such as CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and other related technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand customer requirements.
• Previous experience in project sales or working with contractors is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience with project management tools.
• Ability to generate leads through cold calling and networking.
• Familiarity with tendering and bidding processes for large projects.
