One of the leading Fertilizer and Horticulture manufacturing group in the UAE is looking for a Sales Executive for Agricultural/Horticultural Fertilizer Business .
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell fertilizer products to clients in assigned territories (Abu Dhabi - Western Region, Al Ain, and Northern Emirates).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
• Provide clients with product knowledge and guidance on best usage practices to achieve optimal results.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Travel within the assigned regions to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
The key accountability areas include:
1. Driving Revenue Growth.
2. Augmenting customer base.
3. Fostering strategic partnership.
4. Market intelligence.
5. Contract negotiations
Educational Background :
Bachelor's in agriculture/Horticulture/Science.
Experience :
a) Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fertilizer or agricultural sector.
b)Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
c) Strong understanding of the fertilizer market and agricultural practices.
This is a field-based role, and candidates should be comfortable with travel within the assigned regions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
