We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities to achieve revenue growth for the company. This includes managing customer relationships, presenting solutions to clients, and developing strategies to target potential customers. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, driven to exceed targets, and have strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product/service demonstrations to potential clients.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall team sales goals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure smooth service delivery and post-sales support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
• Use CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate sales reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change.
