Job Title: Sales Executive (Female) Arabic Speaking - Building Construction Chemical Materials

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Sales Executive to contribute to our growth in the construction chemical materials sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge products to architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends and our product offerings, ensuring in-depth knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers, showcasing the advantages of our construction chemical materials.
• Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and sustainable partnerships.
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
• Sales Reporting: Provide regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of strategies.
• Customer Service: Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of construction chemical materials and their applications is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
