We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Female Sales Executive

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in

Facilities Management, IT, or ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems

and will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the

Facilities Management, IT, and ELV

industries. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Present and promote company services and solutions to potential customers. Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets. Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven sales experience

in Facilities Management, IT, or ELV industry (at least 2-3 years). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage). Valid UAE driving license is a plus. Female candidates preferred as per business requirements.
