Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities via Bayut, Dubizzle , social media, and networking platforms.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, offering office space solutions to meet their unique needs.
• Conduct market research to identify target clients and stay informed about industry trends.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
• Manage client emails, maintain accurate client information, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stay updated on market trends and sales techniques through regular training and team meetings.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in B2B sales , especially in office spaces or a related industry, is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in communication , negotiation , and organization .
• Familiarity with Bayut/Dubizzle platforms and social media marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel , and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
