Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive to join our media sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for media, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling advertising and sponsorship opportunities to clients across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in the media sector to generate new business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Present advertising and sponsorship proposals tailored to clients' needs and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the media landscape.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling advertising solutions for clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports to management.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and promote our services.
• Doing corporate profiling for companies across industries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the media or advertising industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
• Preferably female candidates from Kerala
