• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in system integration services, particularly ICT, CS, and AV solutions.
• Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, solutions, and product demos to clients in coordination with presales/Disti/Vendor.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Negotiate contracts/Submittals and close sales effectively to achieve assigned targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales, particularly within the ICT, CS, or AV sectors.
• Strong understanding of system integration, CS systems, and ICT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to driving sales and achieving targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
