Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to strengthen our network by reaching out to real estate brokers and agents for empanelment. The role involves making outbound calls, establishing partnerships, and maintaining data related to brokers. Strong communication skills in English are essential, with additional languages being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to brokers and agents via phone calls to explain empanelment opportunities.
Ensure proper documentation and onboarding processes for empanelled brokers.
Regularly follow up with brokers for property listings and collaborations.
Maintain and update broker data accurately in the database.
Provide reports on empanelment activities to the reporting manager.
Qualifications:
Mandatory: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred: Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer relations is preferred.
Ability to build and nurture relationships with professionals.
Detail-oriented with excellent data management skills.
