Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our event and exhibition business team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the event and exhibition industry, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Present and demonstrate our event and exhibition services to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their event and exhibition requirements.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Contract Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sales process, including contract management and order processing.
• Market Analysis:
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competitive activities.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the event and exhibition industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as required.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position.
• Office-based with regular travel to client locations and events.
