Implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop customized solutions and proposals based on client needs and requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Work closely with the product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer preferable or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in heavy machinery specially (Used).
In-depth knowledge of the Used heavy machinery market and industry trends irrelevant to earthmoving equipment and cranes.
Other Requirements:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
