- Implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop customized solutions and proposals based on client needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Work closely with the product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product offerings.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mechanical Engineer preferable or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in heavy machinery specially (Used).
- In-depth knowledge of the Used heavy machinery market and industry trends irrelevant to earthmoving equipment and cranes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
