Job Description

Responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets. They will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and present solutions effectively

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold-calling.
Qualify leads to determine their suitability for the company's products or services.

Sales Presentation:

Present the company's products or services to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
Address client inquiries and objections, providing detailed information and resolving concerns.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand client needs and objectives, and tailor solutions to meet them.
Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager or team to create sales plans and set performance goals.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and closed deals.
Prepare and submit sales reports to management as required.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services.
Keep up-to-date with product updates, features, and benefits.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Close sales deals, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales support team or departments to address client needs and deliver exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
