Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesperson to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the education industry, with a specific focus on selling educational products. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, drive sales growth, and effectively promote our educational offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell educational products to schools, universities, and educational institutions across the UAE.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including school administrators, teachers, and purchasing departments.

Understand and communicate the value propositions of our educational products.

Identify new business opportunities within the education sector, particularly in American schools.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by executing strategic sales plans.

Provide ongoing customer support, including product training, demonstrations, and after-sales service.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the education industry.

Experience with McGraw Hill products is highly desirable.

Proven track record of selling to American schools and other educational institutions.

Must be bilingual (Arabic and English). Any additional languages are a plus.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Valid UAE driving license and car.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Willingness to travel extensively and engage in field sales.

Must be available to start immediately.
