who can drive student enrollments and build strong relationships with clients.

Who We Are Looking For

We need

experienced professionals in sales and marketing

, preferably from the education industry. This role is NOT for teachers, drivers, receptionists, or unrelated fields.

Key Responsibilities

? Meet and exceed sales targets by driving enrollments for our courses
? Identify and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and marketing campaigns
? Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
? Conduct consultations with students and professionals to guide them on suitable courses
? Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our training programs
? Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and increase brand visibility
? Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems

Requirements

1-5 years of experience in sales and marketing

, preferably in education or training

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas

Experience in student counseling, lead conversion, or business development in the education sector is a plus Hands-on experience with

CRM systems and digital marketing tools

Strong

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
