JOB OBJECTIVE To sell our products within assigned sales territory by contacting established customer as well as developing new prospects. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Determines annual sales and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expand our market presence. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and exceptional service. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILL Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the non-food FMCG sector especially in tissue and disposable products Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the UAE market and its dynamics. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
