You will be a key ambassador for our International Sales & Commercial Department, providing exceptional customer service, and building long-term relationships with a wide network of high-end airline operators. Responsibilities:
Networking with aircraft operators. Building long-term relationships.
Supporting customer acquisition and retention process.
Negotiating commercial contracts. Offering solutions to potential clients.
Constant follow-up of customers' needs.
Solve problems in a timely manner.
Self-starter, with driving results.
Exceptional communicator in Russian, English and other languages.
Customer-focused. English Advanced. Russian & English Language (must).
Knowledge in aviation industry.
Open to fresh graduates or freshers, with experience in sales and customer support being a plus but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree / Higher diploma. Relevant education and achievements in Aviation is a plus.
