Job Vacancy: Sales Executive - Dubai

Modern Space Dubai is a leading renovation and reconstruction company specializing in residential renovations, commercial space transformations, kitchen solutions, residential upgrades, and ACS (Air Conditioning Systems) supply and installation. We deliver high-quality, innovative solutions for homes and offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition for residential and commercial projects. Sales Target Achievement through lead conversion and closing deals. Client Relationship Management to ensure long-term business growth. Sales Presentations & Proposals for accurate costing and pricing. Follow-Up & Negotiation to finalize contracts. Collaboration with Internal Teams including designers, project management, and technical teams for smooth execution. Maintain Sales Records and provide performance reports. Lead Generation through networking, industry events, and digital outreach. Customer Feedback & Support to improve services.
Requirements:1. Educational Background

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Sales Certifications (optional).
2. Experience

Sales Experience in Renovation/Fit-Outs. Experience working in Dubai or the UAE market is required. Client Acquisition including generating leads, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, and closing deals. Knowledge of DDA Regulations is an advantage. Project Management skills in renovation or fit-out projects.
3. Skills

Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills. Marketing and Presentation Skills. Industry Knowledge on fit-out trends, materials, and processes. Time Management Skills. BOQ (Bill of Quantities) knowledge is an advantage. Familiarity with Design Software (e.g., AutoCAD) is a plus.
4. Language and Communication

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
5. UAE Driving License (Optional)

A valid UAE driver's license is preferred for site visits and client meetings.
6. Market Knowledge

Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate and construction industry (residential and commercial projects).
Compensation & Benefits:

Pay is COMMISSION ONLY for the first 3 months. Visa is provided.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
