Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing residential team.

We are seeking a driven sales professional to expand our residential division, specializing in internal glazing solutions. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a passion for transforming living spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and pursue sales leads in the residential sector Conduct site visits and consultations with homeowners Work with internal teams to prepare and present professional quotations Maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle Collaborate with technical teams for project specifications Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Create and maintain detailed sales reports and forecasts Participate in industry trade shows and networking events Provide product demonstrations and technical explanations to architects, design agencies and homeowners Develop and implement growth sales strategies Follow up on after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

1+ years of sales experience, preferably in interior design or construction industry Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to read architectural drawings Valid driver's license Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
