Job Summary:

We are seeking for a highly motivated

Sales Executive

with experience in

export sales

to assist customers at our

Deira shop

. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in

wholesale trading

, preferably within the

cosmetics and perfume industry

. This role requires a deep understanding of export operations, international customer handling, and large-scale product distribution. The candidate should be able to engage with both local and international buyers, build long-term business relationships, and drive sales growth through effective negotiation and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert customer inquiries into sales by offering suitable solutions and upselling products. Maintain a high level of customer service and build strong relationships with clients. Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations to potential and existing customers. Assist walk-in customers at the

Deira shop

, providing expert advice on products and closing sales. Manage and oversee

export sales

, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale clients, particularly in the

cosmetics and perfume industry

. Identify and connect with potential international clients to expand export sales. Negotiate pricing and contracts with wholesale buyers and distributors. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales conversions, and wholesale transactions. Stay updated on industry trends, export regulations, and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies. Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role. Prior experience in

export sales

and

wholesale trading

is highly preferred. Experience in the

cosmetics and perfume industry

is a strong advantage. Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills. Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Operating ERP knowledge.

Multilingual - Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: English, Arabic, Persian, or German. (Should know Persian Mandatorily)

AED 3,000 - AED 3,500 per month
