Sales Executive

to join our team and expand our presence in the UAE and GCC markets.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:

Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed assigned targets in the UAE and GCC markets. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Market Research & Strategy:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Develop sales pitches and position products strategically based on market demands.

Product Presentation & Negotiation:

Conduct product presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions. Negotiate pricing and terms confidently to close deals effectively.

Sales Operations:

Use CRM tools to track leads, manage customer data, and generate sales reports. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications & Skills:

More than 2 yers proven experience as a Sales Executive in UAE Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales acumen and familiarity with consultative selling techniques. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital communication platforms. Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and within a team. Knowledge of the furnishing / contracting / building materials or related industry is a plus.
