Speed Auto Systems is looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive (Software Sales)

for our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling

SaaS-based software solutions

and a strong understanding of the

automotive, leasing, and rental industry

. The role involves

business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy execution

to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for

Speed Auto Systems' software solutions

. Conduct market research and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online channels. Engage with

automotive rental, leasing, and fleet management companies

to pitch our software solutions. Understand client needs and provide tailored software demonstrations and solutions. Negotiate and close deals to achieve

monthly and quarterly sales targets

. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with the

technical and support teams

to ensure smooth client onboarding. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments. Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in software sales, preferably in SaaS-based solutions

. Strong understanding of

B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

. Self-motivated with a

target-driven mindset

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.

Experience in the automotive, leasing, or rental industry

is a plus. Familiarity with

CRM software and sales automation tools

.

Fluency in English

; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Valid

UAE driving license

is a plus.
