We seek a driven, dynamic Salesperson to actively pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and provide after-sales support.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales:
Actively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling. Develop a pipeline of potential clients and work to close sales.
Client Meetings & Presentations:
Attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored interior design solutions. Conduct compelling presentations that showcase our company's capabilities and design expertise.
Sales Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability for the company. Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns. Act as the primary point of contact during the sales cycle.
After-Sales Support:
Provide post-sale support, ensuring smooth project handover and continued client satisfaction. Follow up on projects, assist with inquiries, and ensure the highest level of customer service.
Market & Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new products/services within the interior design space. Use this knowledge to provide insightful advice to clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Collaboration with Design Team:
Work closely with the design team to ensure clients' expectations are met throughout the project process and that designs align with sales promises.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience
in sales, preferably in the interior design, furniture, or related industries.
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with experience in generating leads and closing deals.
Fluent in
English
(both written and spoken); proficiency in
Arabic
is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients at all levels.
Valid driving license
and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Knowledge of interior design trends, products, and the GCC market is a plus.
