We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven ABA Sales Associate to drive client engagement, generate leads, and convert inquiries into service enrollments. The ideal candidate will have a background in ABA therapy and strong sales and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to generate new client leads.
Convert leads generated by marketing into actual sales.
Educate potential clients, families, and referral sources on ABA therapy and its benefits.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and identify service gaps.
Follow up on inquiries, conduct consultations, and close sales.
Work closely with the clinical team to align sales efforts with client needs.
Track sales performance and meet or exceed monthly targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Arabic and English speaker.
Experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the healthcare or ABA sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of healthcare services and market dynamics
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Valid UAE drivers license & own vehicle preferred.

Pay: AED 5,000 + Quarterly Bonus (based on achieving targets)
