We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in Dubai and Sharjah regions. The role involves managing a regional sales team, driving product distribution, and ensuring sales targets are met for our food retail distribution company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team across Dubai and Sharjah Negotiate with buyers and take orders of goods Working knowledge of margins. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and distribution targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and stakeholders. Monitor team performance and provide training and support to improve results. Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely product delivery and availability. Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management. We have sales commission with Target

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in food retail or FMCG. MUST HOLD A DEGREE

Having own car is a MUST.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. Knowledge of discount centers is a PLUS Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Valid UAE driving license.
Salary Includes Car and Petrol Allowance

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
