We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Sales Lead Closer

to join our esteemed company specializing in false ceiling, partition systems, acoustic solutions, and soundproofing services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, closing high-value deals, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion:

Follow up on qualified leads and work closely with the sales team to convert them into signed contracts, ensuring that all client needs are met with precision and professionalism.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet specific project requirements.

Negotiation & Closing:

Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, including false ceiling systems, partition designs, acoustic treatments, and soundproofing solutions, to provide expert guidance to clients.

Key Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction, interior design, or acoustic industries. Minimum 3 Years of Experience in the same fields. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in business, Sales Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Valid UAE Driving License.
