Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team at Trustco Pest Control and Cleaning company. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels. Generate leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
2. Client Engagement:

Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our Pest Control and Cleaning services. Understand Clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
3. Sales Negotiation:

Collaborate with clients to create customized service packages. Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure profitable agreements.
4. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Address client concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the marketing team for refining sales strategies.
6. Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pest control or cleaning services industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with pest control and cleaning industry practices is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
