The leading telecom providers in the UAE, is looking for a dynamic and target-driven

Sales Representative

to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving the sales of mobile, internet, and other telecom products and services to new and existing customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions, helping them get the best value from Etisalat's offerings.

Key Responsibilities

:

Achieve Sales Targets

: Meet and exceed individual sales targets for mobile plans, broadband, devices, and other Etisalat services.

Customer Acquisition

: Identify potential customers, approach them, and introduce Etisalat products and services in a clear and compelling manner.

Product Knowledge

: Stay informed about Etisalat's latest products, services, and promotions, ensuring customers receive up-to-date information.

Customer Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Sales Reporting

: Track and report on sales activities, progress towards goals, and customer feedback.

Customer Support

: Assist customers with post-sale support, including activation, troubleshooting, and product inquiries.

Requirements

:

Sales Experience

: Previous experience in sales, particularly in telecom or retail, is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Excellent Communication Skills

: Ability to interact effectively with customers and clearly communicate product features and benefits.

Customer-Oriented

: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

Goal-Oriented

: Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Tech-Savvy

: Comfortable working with technology, including sales tools and CRM systems.
