Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role (3-5 years). Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred (but not required).
