Magnum Dental Clinic is a trusted provider of high-quality dental care, committed to offering the best treatment and services to our patients. We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our team and help drive patient engagement through effective communication and sales strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
Outbound & Inbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to potential patients to promote dental services and special offers.
Handle incoming inquiries, provide information, and book appointments.
Follow up on leads and previous patients to encourage continued care.
Sales & Lead Conversion:
Educate potential clients about our treatments and services.
Convince and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain positive and professional communication with patients.
Address patient concerns and guide them through available treatments and payment options.
Keep accurate records of patient interactions and follow-ups in the system.
Marketing & Promotions:
Promote ongoing discounts, treatment plans, and dental packages.
Assist in executing telemarketing campaigns and outreach activities.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferably in healthcare or dental industry).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.
Ability to handle objections and turn leads into confirmed appointments.
Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales.
Basic knowledge of dental treatments and procedures is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and call management tools.
Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic or Hindi are a plus).
