As an Interior Sales Executive, He will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling interior fit-out services to potential clients. He will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the water pumps or building materials in UAE.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand clients' requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with clients to create customized interior fit-out proposals.
Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the company's experience with driving licensemarket.
Highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
Address client inquiries and concerns effectively.
Quotation and Proposal Management:
Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations along with the estimation and QS dept. for interior fit-out projects.
Create detailed proposals outlining the scope of work, timelines, and costs.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with design, project management, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Communicate client requirements and expectations to internal teams.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and potential business opportunities.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field with UAE Driving License. .
Experience:
Proven experience 3years experince in sales, preferably in the WATER PUMP &BUILDING MATERIAL interior fit-out or construction industry.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Negotiation Skills:
Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals and contracts.
Relationship Building:
Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Team Collaboration:
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability:
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
