We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Jebel Ali Freezone. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the shipping and logistics domain, with a strong ability to manage customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive sales growth. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the shipping and logistics sector. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Understand customer needs and provide tailored shipping solutions that meet their requirements. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify growth areas within the shipping and logistics domain. Engage with clients through calls, emails, and meetings to discuss their shipping requirements and offer suitable solutions. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to close deals successfully. Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in a sales role, specifically in the shipping and logistics domain.Location:

Strong understanding of shipping procedures, freight, and logistics solutions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written). Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Strong customer service orientation with a results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
