. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a

highly driven and results-oriented Sales Executive

to play a key role in attracting

corporate clients, high-net-worth individuals, and potential investors

while driving revenue growth.

Position Overview:



As a

Sales Executive

, you will be responsible for

identifying, engaging, and closing deals with corporate clients, luxury service providers, and investors

interested in

RSL's premium transportation solutions and investment opportunities

. You will develop long-term

business relationships, negotiate high-value contracts, and support strategic revenue growth initiatives

.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:



Identify and engage

potential investors, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals

interested in

luxury transportation solutions

. Develop and present

tailored sales proposals and investment opportunities

to showcase the value of RSL services. Build and maintain

long-term relationships

to secure new business and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the

marketing team

to create targeted promotional materials.

Lead Generation & Market Expansion:



Conduct

daily outreach, networking, and client meetings

to generate leads and nurture potential business relationships. Maintain an active

pipeline of prospects

and convert leads into sales. Stay updated on

market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences

to refine sales approaches. Recommend

new sales strategies

based on market insights and data analysis.

Negotiation & Contract Management:



Lead

contract negotiations

, ensuring deals align with both

client expectations and business objectives

. Ensure all agreements and financial transactions comply with

UAE regulations and company policies

.

Financial & Performance Reporting:



Track and analyze

sales performance, revenue generation, and client engagement metrics

. Provide

insights on investment opportunities, ROI projections, and financial performance

. Prepare and present

regular reports to senior management

.

Qualifications & Experience:



Proven experience in sales, business development, or investment sales

, preferably within

luxury services, hospitality, real estate, or transportation

. Strong

financial acumen

, with an understanding of

investment structures, revenue models, and ROI calculations

. Exceptional

negotiation and communication skills

with the ability to

engage high-value clients and investors

. Ability to

work independently, close high-value deals, and drive revenue growth

.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and financial reporting software

.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

is preferred.
