SBK is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all leasing activities, including marketing available properties, attracting tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a high occupancy rate. The role offers a high commission structure, providing significant earning potential for top performers.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Leasing:
Manage all aspects of leasing residential and commercial properties within the portfolio. Conduct property showings, provide detailed information to prospective tenants, and close lease agreements.
Tenant Relations:
Maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants. Address inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly to ensure tenant satisfaction.
Market Analysis:
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on rental rates, property values, and trends. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to adjust leasing strategies as needed.
Marketing and Advertising:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants. Utilize various platforms, including online listings, social media, and traditional advertising, to promote available properties.
Lease Negotiation:
Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants, ensuring that agreements are both profitable and fair. Review and finalize lease contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including tenant applications, lease agreements, and payment schedules. Provide regular reports to management on leasing performance and occupancy rates.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the property management team, maintenance staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless tenant experience.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in leasing or real estate, preferably within the UAE market.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
