. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence for Addinol's high-performance lubricants in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales of Addinol lubricants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end-users.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Present, promote, and sell Addinol products to potential clients using persuasive sales techniques.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining after-sales service.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants, automotive, or industrial sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Technical knowledge of lubricants and their applications is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
