Sales Executive - Lending Solutions





As a Sales Executive, you will oversee a critical portfolio within the Lending division, focusing on high-profile banking clients across the Middle East and Africa. This leadership role demands strategic management and expansion of a key book of business, with a core objective of driving substantial new business opportunities. You will be the lead strategist and primary point of contact for the largest regional banks, enhancing the volume and quality of engagement between our client and these major financial institutions.


Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:





In this role, you will be responsible for the following:


Strategic Account Leadership: Cultivate and manage customer success by proactively overseeing key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and driving increased revenue through long-term relationships. Pipeline Development & Oversight: Maintain a robust and healthy sales pipeline by ensuring consistent, high-level account development activities that facilitate sustainable business growth. Relationship Management: Leverage your expertise to deepen client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor, and influencing key decision-makers across multiple business areas within each client organization. Complex Enterprise Sales Management: Lead and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes, collaborating with senior leaders in product development, technology, business operations, and procurement to deliver optimal solutions to clients. Consultative Sales Strategy: Employ a consultative sales approach to craft tailored account strategies, thoroughly understanding each client's needs and challenges, and delivering effective solutions from our client. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for our client, developing deep, trust-based partnerships with both internal teams and external clients at the executive level. CRM Utilization & Reporting: Ensure comprehensive use of CRM systems to track account activity, monitor pipeline progression, and generate accurate reports for internal stakeholders. Travel: This role will require regular travel to key client locations in the Middle East and Africa to maintain and grow relationships.

Required Experience:




Proven Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior sales roles representing enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions, with a specific focus on the banking vertical. Strategic Relationship Building: A demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and grow high-value relationships through a consultative sales methodology, influencing key decision-makers and executives. Comprehensive Client Knowledge: Expertise in acquiring deep insights into client business models, identifying opportunities and challenges, and positioning our client's solutions effectively. Multi-Stakeholder Communication: Strong capability to engage with and influence a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication across teams. Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of financial technology, market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to effectively position solutions and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape.
