As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and promoting the hotel's services to achieve sales goals and drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, corporate accounts, travel agents, and event planners.
Promote the hotel's rooms, services, and facilities to potential clients and guests.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors and industry trends.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, conferences, and business events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Preferred:
Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
