Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Land Freight Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing relationships, and increasing revenue through effective sales and marketing efforts. The candidate will work closely with our operations team to understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, industry events, and trade shows Negotiate prices and terms for land freight services with customers Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of land freight services Monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs to stay ahead of competition Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the UAE and GCC land freight market

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

1+ year of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics and transportation industry

Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on generating revenue growth

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

Experience working in the UAE or GCC region is plus

Fluent in English, Hindi/Urdu
