Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of sales success within the UAE market, specifically in the IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity sectors. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Account Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Technical Knowledge:

Maintain a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity technologies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Effectively communicate technical information to clients.
Market Awareness:

Develop a strong understanding of the UAE IT market and competitive landscape.
Provide market feedback to the management team.
Reporting and Administration:

Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Provide regular sales forecasts.
Qualifications:

2-3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE market, specifically in IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
