Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, promoting our services, and closing deals. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and a strong commitment to meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Promote company services and present customized solutions based on client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Follow up with leads and ensure a high conversion rate. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Address client concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.

Preferred Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field. Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). Knowledge of the UAE market and customer preferences.
