:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, generating, and qualifying leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will work closely with the sales team to convert potential opportunities into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
:
Lead Generation
: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through Inbound call & Incoming Enquiry
Customer Engagement
: Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and promoting relevant products/services.
Sales Presentations
: Deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Product Knowledge
: Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate with clients.
Pipeline Management
: Maintain and update a well-organized sales pipeline, tracking all interactions and progress in CRM software.
Follow-ups
: Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to nurture relationships and drive sales closure.
Collaboration
: Work closely with the sales team, providing feedback and insights to refine sales strategies.
Sales Targets
: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and performance metrics.
Reporting
: Provide regular updates on sales activities, lead generation, and achievements to management.
Qualifications
:
Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build relationships and influence customer decisions.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach to sales.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Knowledge of the industry and products/services being sold is a plus.
