Position Title: Outdoor Sales Executive
Location: Dubai
Industry: Interior Decor, Lighting, Bedding, Mattresses (or similar industry)
Reports to: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with experience in the interior decor, lighting, bedding, mattresses, or similar industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with new and existing clients, and ensuring the successful promotion of our product range within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Product Promotion: Present and promote our range of products (interior decor, lighting, bedding, mattresses, etc.) to customers, showcasing the features and benefits to close deals.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, provide product information, assist in problem-solving, and follow up on orders.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress towards targets, and customer feedback to management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with company goals.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the interior decor, lighting, bedding, mattresses, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
