• Identify target market segments and prepare a weekly action plan
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to meet sales forecasts and targets
• Identify client's apparel needs and present a suitable workwear solution to add value
• Negotiate terms and be successful on closing orders (costs, delivery, and specifications) and be able to close the deal
• Regularly meet clients and keep them updated on their orders and resolve any client concerns
• Execute excellent customer service with technical knowledge and presentations and maintain follow-up for feedback
• Share performance and present for a weekly sales meeting
Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of customer relationship experience in apparel sales
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE with a strong network of procurement contacts
• Bonus: Experience with tenders and bids in the GCC
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Strong market analysis and research abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Valid UAE driver's license, own car is a bonus
