We are looking for Sales Executive with experience in the service sales industry.
1. Customer Engagement
? Inquiries Management: Respond to customer inquiries within 1 hour
via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails, providing detailed information
about available cleaning services.
? Customer Education: Educate potential customers about the benefits
of various cleaning services and assist them in selecting the most
suitable options for their needs.
? Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services based on
customer needs and preferences.
2. Sales and Quotation Management
? Quotation Preparation: Prepare and send detailed service quotations
to customers based on their inquiries and specific requirements,
ensuring the requested job is accurately assessed for correct pricing.
? Advance Payment Processing: Create advance payment receipts and
send payment links to clients for secure transactions.
? Invoicing: Upon job completion, send invoices to clients and message
them to thank them for using the company's services while requesting
a review on Google.
3. Data Management
? Client Record Keeping: Accurately record clients' details and
interactions in the company's software, ensuring timely and precise
data entry.
? Daily Reporting: Generate daily reports detailing received leads and
the status of each inquiry, ensuring transparency and tracking
progress.
? Monthly Invoicing: Generate monthly invoices for regular cleaning
clients and follow up on payments to ensure timely collection.
4. Customer Relationship Management
? Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
? Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints and issues, taking
corrective actions as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
? Job Assessment: Request pictures from clients to assess job
requirements accurately. Conduct site visits if the provided images are
insufficient for a proper assessment.
5. Job Scheduling and Coordination
? Job Confirmation: When a job is confirmed by the client, schedule the
cleaning team in the company's system and send the assigned team
the scope of work, along with any passes or permits needed.
? Team Follow-Up: Follow up with the assigned team on the day of the
job to ensure timely arrival. In case of delays, take necessary actions,
such as notifying affected clients or rescheduling the job.
? Before and After Photos: Ensure the assigned team takes and submits
pictures before and after the job to document the condition of the
cleaned areas.
6. Reporting and Collaboration
? Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to management,
highlighting performance metrics and areas for development.
? Team Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure
seamless service delivery and communicate any specific customer
requirements or concerns.
7. Compliance and Attendance
? Attendance Adherence: Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
in accordance with company policies to ensure reliable service
delivery.
? Policy Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures,
including those related to sales practices, customer service, and
operational standards.
8. Continuous Learning
? Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest cleaning techniques,
products, and services to provide informed recommendations to
clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
