Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and availability.
Sales Management:
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals for customers.
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated with the latest product ranges, trends, and industry developments.
• Explain technical details, installation methods, and maintenance of tiles and sanitaryware.
Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, contractors, and interior designers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
Showroom Maintenance:
• Ensure that the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Regularly update product displays to showcase new arrivals.
Market Research:
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and offers.
• Gather feedback from customers to improve the product range and services.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for stock updates and deliveries.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in tiles, sanitaryware, or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Good understanding of interior design trends and construction materials.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients effectively.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-3 years of UAE experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or a similar role.

• English and Hindi
