The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our range of lubricants to various industries. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the lubricants market, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories or accounts.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our lubricants products, including specifications and applications, to effectively address customer needs.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants or related industry.
• Strong understanding of lubricants products and their applications is desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
